Lead Figures
CBG Mignot, founded in Paris in 1786, is the last lead soldier factory in France. After molding, pieces are hand trimmed and hand painted, making each piece unique.
If the military figures constitute the base of the collection (especially from the Napoleonic era) there are more and more civilian subjects – from the Deauville beach in Normandy to the dancers of the Moulin Rouge!
